Friendly staff and close to Cadorna station and main sights like the castle and cathedral. Tiny shower!

. My partners rings were taken by one of the male cleaners (including her grandmothers ring) who’s apparently been there 11 years! He went and cleaned our room while we were out and when we went back they were gone. They refused any wrong doing and that he couldn’t possibly have taken the rings due to his length of service! How could you possibly take something from somebody so meaningful and sentimental, even after we informed them of this he still did not cough up the rings. Absolute scum. Avoid staying here at all costs. Hopefully the police can resolve the matter

The staff were very friendly on arrival and gave very useful information. They even offered to carry my suitcase for me. The room was very clean, bed comfy and I found the shower/bathroom spacious, which I was not expecting after reading previous reviews. The wifi worked well. There is a mini bar which the costs are explained on the QR code that you can scan in the room. It was an easy walk into the main attractions. I felt safe staying at this location as a solo female traveller. The elevator was very small however was highly valued when staying on the 6th floor!

We had a nice balcony that allowed us to look out and get photos of the area. The staff was extremely nice and very helpful. We had them set up our taxi for the next morning, which worked out well. Really enjoyed the short stay. Room was incredibly clean and very comfortable. Bathroom was roomy. Worked great for the 3 of us traveling. There's a few stairs to the elevator, so just be prepared. We navigated it okay, and I'm sure they would help you if you could not navigate the stairs on your own.

location, staff first room was very small, could hardly open suite case. second room was fine for size but very noisy with serious machin noise no services in. hotel like coffe or any drinks except the room mini bar.

The only advantage of this hotel is its proximity to the center and the train. Small and dirty toilet. Small bathroom. Blankets with stains that are not clear why they have not been removed yet. Maybe he's got an extra star. In my opinion, its facilities and cleanliness are less than a three-star hotel.
