The reception staff are super nice and everyone is incredibly helpful. The design of the hotel is super cool, and the room itself is amazingly designed, clean, cozy, and equipped with everything you need. It is truly an amazing hotel in the absolute best location possible.

Nothing can beat this location. Just absolutely perfect. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent. Overall, great. Nothing in particular. The entrance looks different than on the picture. But it really doesn’t matter.

Breakfast is perfect. Good varieties and good quality of food. the room is also spacious enough for us and very reasonable arranged. good location as well as it is just a minute walk to Duomo. a very recommended stay if you have the budget.

Location is excellent, staff is excellent, room is stylish and comfortable (albeit not as large as expected). I stayed here a year ago with the same room type, and the room was larger. Breakfast is not as good as it was a year ago. The pastries, especially, are of lesser quality, and not very good. I would have liked more fresh fruit variety.

Only the location s good. Not worth the money we paid Everything else. The room they gave us has no window. The reception withdraw money from credit card without letting me know

The staff was exceptionally attentive, kind, and helpful. I was tickled that the busboy "uniform" was a white shirt, sometimes a tie, and jeans. The breakfast buffet was extraordinary, one of the best in the world. The many, many choices catered to every morning expectation, and everything was fresh and appealing. The high ceiling in the room was very nice. Having two sinks in the bathroom was great for my wife and I. The location, just steps from the Duomo, was a wonderful additional surprise. In our extra time, we visited it. The restaurant across the street, Pino, was convenient and wonderful for dinner. There were so many lights in the room and so many switches, it was a bit difficult to figure out how to turn on (or off!) some particular lights. A freezer section in the refrigerator would have been nice. I would have chosen smaller sink "bowls" to leave more room on the bathroom counter for toiletries.

The staff, nice, hard workers, good mood and happy to assist. Specially Andres the concierge and Rachele in the front desk, but all were great. Location, Location, Location.
