Sort of liked the location as easy to travel about but two sides of a coin really…. I did like the brass bathroom!! And Aesop! Good sound system in room. Coffee maker etc Effective AC Steamer in room Comfortable bed etc We were v comfortable Very very central, come out of the hotel and hit by massive wave of people, never seen anything like it!! But that said our room was very quiet and peaceful , didn’t feel like we were in a very central Location at night time

Centrally located We stayed during the heat dome part of June; I would have liked a little more AC. I realize that very American but a few degrees cooler would have been nice.

The location of Straf hotel is 10/10 as it is near Duomo, cafes, restaurants and all the shops. I’ve stayed at this hotel many times and it never disappoints. The staff is always willing to help, the rooms and the facilities are super modern and very clean. The only thing I would say is the limited light on the staircase of the hotel. The concept of the hotel is quite dark and modern but just for convenience and inclusivity of all people who may visibly struggle.

Rooms were spacious, very clean and extremely well designed. Windows opened onto the street, little details were all taken care of. The pool and spa area needs to attention. It was worn out, a little smelly and saunas did not work properly.

Front desk staff seemed untrained and unwilling to go the extra mile for a higher-end hotel. Seems like they did an aesthetic facelift to this hotel and didn't address the functionality or outdatedness of the rooms/hotel.
