Location is fabulous - minutes walk from the Cathedral and restaurants. Lovely cafe's and shopping all within 5 - 10 minutes. The staff were excellent - helpful and polite; they couldn't do enough for you, which just made the trip even better. The pool was lovely - it's not big, but just perfect for a quick dip to cool off and relax. I'm looking to bring the family back to Milan for another long weekend and will definitely be considering this hotel again, as long as there are rooms for us! Loved it. The only small thing I would mention is the door handle on our room was a bit loose. It looked like a chunk of wood had been taken out of the door frame near the door lock which made the door handle not as tight as it probably should be. But that's a quick DYI fix and then it's perfect.

We loved the location, metres away from Il Duomo and the Galleria. Our room was very clean, comfortable and would definitely recommend staying.

location, rooms, great cooperation from the staff the pool . they should explain more that the pool is not a pool its like a rooftop small bassinet + kids are allowed + only 8 chairs + no bar to drink

Staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful. Hotel location was perfect. Very close to Dumo square and city center. Very nice breakfast and great atmosphere. Spa was nice. Definitely would stay again.

Great location. Clean property with a pool. Room are air conditioned which was fantastic as the temp outside was 37degrees. Close to shops and restaurants. Easy to get taxi. Breakfast included which was also great. Rooms very small, Gym small also.

The room size was great but then we opted for the signature suite and the location is spot on for all the main tourist attractions. The bathroom was a fantastic size too. On the day we checked out we had the cleaning team come in at 10am even though we had put the do not disturb sign on the door. Our first evening on arrival we decided to go down for dinner at about 7pm and the main chap in the restaurant was so rude. He could not have been more unhelpful. I asked for a glass of rose wine and he simply said no. He might have realised that we were guests and the following morning seemed a bit nicer. The options for dinner are extremely limited and you have more from the room service in the way of traditional meals. They have a big Asian fusion for the restaurant downstairs not suitable for complicated eaters!
