The staff were exceptionally pleasant and helpful, the hotel was cool, quiet and spacious, with big comfortable rooms, wide corridors and a fast elevator. It was easy to park, and the breakfast was delicious and varied. But the staff were the cherry on the top that really made the hotel stand out, particularly Leslie who went above and beyond to help me track down my lost phone late at night. The surrounding area seemed a little run down, but once inside the hotel this wasn't an issue.

Fantastic staff. Lovely family room- connecting room with two bathrooms. So easy to get to the centre of Milan as the metro is a few steps from the hotel. We had a car and the parking is very secure. Nothing

The property was right across from the metro station. This meant you could be at the Duomo stop in Milan center in approx 20 mins. It cost €2.20 for a 90 min ticket so €4.40 each. The hotel room had comfortable beds. The air con was good and the shower must have been powered by a nuclear reactor, honestly the most powerful shower I’ve ever experienced and we were on the fourth floor. The area wasn’t great. It was on a ‘motor mile’ which was a strange location. We couldn’t see how to get in to the hotel to start with, it’s behind a locked electric gate but you just press the buzzer and they let you in to park (at a cost of €15) or open the little gate if you’re on foot. We had booked a triple room but it was really just a double room with the sofa moved into a corner and a z bed provided. It was fine but it made the room very cramped and it was hard to move around. They had emailed us a couple of days before arrival to ask if we wanted free early check in at 12, we said yes. So we arrived early and hung around the foyer until 12 and when we went to check in they said the room wouldn’t be available for another 30-45 mins. This was our only 1/2 day in Milan and we didn’t want to waste it hanging around. Annoying they offered something and then didn’t deliver. We opted just to head into Milan and they stored our luggage. When it came to checking out in the morning the receptionist charged us for 3 tourist taxes despite our child being 13 and having filled out an exemption form for him when checking in. Then there was confusion about how he was going to refund us the money. All very stressful when we were trying to leave to catch our flight home.

⭐☆☆☆☆ I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel due to serious payment issues. At check-in, I was asked to provide my physical card. The total amount I paid was €247, which included an increased city tax. Although the amount was higher than my original booking, I accepted the explanation and paid it in full. After I had already checked out, I noticed an additional €14 charge on my card. When I contacted the hotel, they admitted it was a system error and promised to refund it. Unfortunately, the problems did not stop there. I then discovered another pending authorization of €123.50 on my card, even though my stay had already ended and my bill had been paid in full. This unauthorized authorization blocked my available funds and caused unnecessary stress during my trip. No guest should have to worry about unexpected charges appearing after checkout or wonder whether more money will be taken from their card. I hope the hotel resolves this issue immediately, but based on my experience, I cannot recommend staying here until their payment procedures are significantly improved.

Near to the metro station I had already paid through Booking, but when I arrived, I was asked to insert my card into the POS terminal, and the amount was charged again. As a result, I was charged twice for the same booking. I went to reception to ask what had happened, and I was told it was a mistake and that the money would be refunded within 15 days. When I asked if they were sure, the receptionist told me that this happens every week.
