A lot of charm. Warm and clean The pillows were not comfortable. The ac kept coming on and off so the temperature was not stable. I was hot and col and it was noisy.

Staff and Facility was very nice. A/C did not blow cold amidst the hot Milan Summer

The staff is onsite 24-hr and they were friendly and helpful. Our room was larger than expected, with a sitting area that was separate from the bedroom. The breakfast buffet was varied and nice. Nothing, it was all nice.

Excellent staff and facilities an amazing design., the room was comfortable and the breakfast was good. The shower in the bathroom was "too sofisticated - had 4 (!!) difficult to turn faucets for 3 nozzels. Also, the bottom of one of the walls in the bathroom was not too clean. Regarding car park: that's super important to note: we chose this hotel due to the fact that its description includes a car park. unfortuately, the hotel has an arrangement with a private car parking in the next block, which costs 20 Euros per day, and it's about 300-500 meters from the hotel.

Small and cute

Very clean comfortable room with a gigantic bathroom including a spa bath and sauna and shower. The room faces a very pleasant aspect of gardens and fine buildings. Good breakfast and very friendly professional staff. A small boutique hotel located in a quiet, affluent part of Milan but still easily walkable to the madness of the centre. It was all good. I would have preferred a second armchair in the room; there was enough space.

We missed that the first night and the room was hot. The walls on the first floor, are quite thin. You can hear EVERYTHING and EVERYONE, so for someone like me who is now a light sleeper these days.. that could sometimes make the evenings or mornings miserable if we went to bed early/slept in late.

We were very happy with our stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and cozy, with a calm and pleasant atmosphere. It was also very quiet — our room faced partially towards the street, so we didn’t hear any of the loud conversations or parties other guests mentioned, which seemed to be happening in the inner courtyard. We were lucky and everything went perfectly. I’d especially like to highlight the hotel staff — they were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel comfortable and well cared for. During breakfast, one of the staff members was particularly attentive; he kindly offered us fried eggs (which is quite unusual in Italy), and even offered us a second cup of coffee. It was a small gesture, but it showed real thoughtfulness and hospitality The only thing we didn’t particularly enjoy was the bed setup. Although we had a double bed, it was actually made up of two single mattresses pushed together. During the night, this created a gap between them, which wasn’t very comfortable and slightly affected the quality of our sleep
