The property is at very bad location very unhygienic. The beds are having beds are smelly staff is so greedy no room service There was nothing like a hotel. It’s ridiculous.

Parking of the hotel was practical because finding a free space on the streets of Milano is almost impossible. It was no real parking lot but 2 on the street parking spots directly in front of the hotel. If you really need a parking spot is seems good to order one in advance to make sure you have a place. The room was recently cleaned and there were clean bath linnen. When entering the room it was directly clear that somebody had been smoking there. Had to sleep with the window open to cancel out the very unpleasant odour. The room (and hotel as a whole) was not in splendid shape and surely not worth a 3-star rating (anymore). The elevator was broken and the room wasn't maintained properly (filthy walls, broken stuff, ....). A pitty because last minute they gave me 'another better room' (which make me wonder in what condition the other rooms are).
