The room was quiet and peaceful, great for resting. The location is good, and it's very quick to get to the city center. Everything was fine, except the only complaint is that there is no Wi-Fi in the room, only at the reception. Also, instead of air conditioning, there is only a fan.

The owner was very rude and disrespectful. He sounded as he was about to beat us up. We weren't understanding what he was saying so he was very angry. The front desk man translated for him "this is not US". Not sure what he meant by that. We had to ask for toiletries, towels and sheets. The photos are a big lie.

Poor soundproof, thin walls and doors are cheap. You can hear the receptionist. There is a shower insid the room, but its head works like crazy. Watter goes up, down, front and back. Shared bathroom stinks and unclean. The worst thing was that AC was broken and not working, instead of this they gave a fan?.

The only positive thing about this place is the location. It’s convenient and close to the city center. Our stay here completely ruined our mood and negatively impacted our vacation. The level of service was shockingly poor and far below any acceptable standard. First of all, how is it even possible to have a receptionist who does not speak a single word of English? We tried communicating in English, and he kept responding in Italian without making any effort to understand or help. There was zero attempt at communication, zero professionalism, and absolutely no customer orientation. This is completely unacceptable for a place that hosts international guests. Secondly, the situation with checkout was ridiculous. Officially, checkout is at 11:00. We left the hotel around 9:00 in the morning to go for a walk in the city center, and already at that time we were told to check out and hand over the keys. This was confusing and unnecessary pressure. When we returned at 10:40 to pack and leave (still within the official checkout time), the receptionist — an older man — started rudely rushing us. He was literally shouting “Bye bye!” while we were trying to explain that we still had time and were not late. We are punctual people and fully aware of the time, so this behavior felt extremely disrespectful and aggressive. Overall, the staff attitude was rude, unhelpful, and completely unprofessional. It made us feel unwelcome and stressed during what should have been a relaxing trip. I do not recommend this place under any circumstances.

Horrible! Run on this Hostel. Not good to stay. The lock of the toilet's door is broken. No tissue, even hand soap, not clean, the shower room was totally blocked. No mats or any rags on the floors. I asked the guy in the reception for a blanket as it was too cold during night time, but he promised to give me one, said just wait for 10 minutes until the 10 minutes was full of lies!!!! They didn't give me a single blanket ( that was my first night) ( I used my pants and jacket so I was able to sleep but I wasn't able to rest because my room can anyone go inside as open for public ( NOT SAFE) the second night I asked AGAIN for a blanket but he promised again, I confront thee guy that he lied on my first night, fortunately he gave a blanket after I asked but the blanket that he gave to me was soooooo horrible smell I WAS USED BLANKET AND USED BY SOMEONE ELSE THE SMELL WAS SOOOO AWFUL, SMELL LIKE CIGARETTES, BAD ODOR AND SOOO YUCK!!! I DIDN'T USE THE BLANKET AGAIN!!! JUST PIECE OF ADVICE IF YOU WANT TO BOOK A CHEAP ROOM PLEASE HAVE MERCY TO YOURSELF, YOU DON'T DESERVE TO RUIN YOUR HOLIDAY ON YOUR STAY! LOOK FOR ANOTHER HOTEL BUT PLEASE DON'T THIS ONE!!!!! NOTE: IM NOT MAKING A STORY FOR THIS HOTEL BUT. I'M SHARING WHAT I EXPERIENCED HERE. I JUST WANT TO SHARE TO THOSE WHO HAVE PLAN TO STAY ON THIS KIND OF HOTEL. THIS IS ONLY BASED WHAT I EXPERIENCED.

It felt safe. You had to go through a couple of buzzers to get to the room. Pretty quiet. We only heard some young adults arrive. Then quiet until the next morning. It was clean in general. Although there was a little bit of mold in the shower wall due to condensation I really enjoyed the temperature and pressure of the shower. Towels were provided. There was a window in the room and another one in the bathroom for fresh air. Bathroom felt heated and the bed next to the heater also felt cozy. You need to bring cash for tourist tax.(About 4 euro pp) Staff were good and made an effort to communicate with us. There was no soap at all(hands/body) or shampoo either. You need to bring your own. They put towels and pillows for 3 people for a group of 4, but responded promptly when we requested the 4th ones. Beds/bedding looked clean and mattress was comfortable. There was only one blanket. If you need to spend one or 2 nights in Milan ,this works just fine. We took the metro M3 in San Donato, got off @lodi tibb and then bus 91. The hotel is very near Piazza Emilia. Hotel is well connected to public transportation.
