Location is very convenient, right by the blue line, with an easy in to the airport and center. The neighborhood is nice to walk around as well. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was fairly basic but had everything I could have needed Nothing really

Location, management. Lots of bus stops nearby, as well as the Metro/subway pretty close. 20-25 minute walk to Duomo. Very clean, and cleaning is done everyday.

The room was clean and had bathroom toiletries provided. The staff were also incredibly welcoming and kind, I really felt like a valuable guest. The breakfast in the morning is also simple but nice. Location is good, an easy walk to the metro and train stations. The WiFi was very bad. It was very slow and kept disconnecting. At this age, good WiFi connection should be one of the priorities for a hotel. It was also noisy from the outside, because there's a hospital nearby and the street itself has a lot of traffic. No kettle inside the room, which was also very unfortunate. And the hotel doesn't have an elevator, so if you have big or heavy luggage, it might be a struggle to carry everything upstairs.

I did like the hotel and staff! Also, i liked that our room was at the first floor there was no need to take our luggage upstairs! Staff were friendly! There are public transport next to hotel or it takes 25-30 mins to duomo by walk! I liked everything!
