It met all my standards: -excellent location (commercial area with metro in front of the hotel and train station nearby), yet peaceful and quiet. -nice accommodation (large bathroom, small balcony, pool/sauna), tasty breakfast.

The terrace and breakfast Lack of air conditioning and very old rooms. We had rented 4 rooms. 1 of 4 was renovated, and none had proper air conditioning.

Everything was perfect and well organized. Our stay at this hotel was exactly to our liking, and we enjoyed their wellness services, which are very good. Definitely get the breakfast, we were extremely pleased with it. Nothing to add.

Staff very friendly and helpful I was in a single room, which was on the top floor right by the access to the roof terrace which was incredibly noisy, also no spare pillows, just one very flat one, I was only staying one night so just put up with it but wouldn’t have wanted to stay any longer because of this

The location was excellent. The hotel is very close to the Duomo and the main train station, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and other amenities nearby. It was very convenient for getting around the city The WiFi in our room was extremely poor and barely worked, even after we reported it. The air conditioning was also not working properly, and the room was very hot. The housekeeping service was not as expected as the glasses were not replaced and some rubbish was left in the room. Also the hospitality that we expected to be included was actually charged separately in the end, as it was considered part of the bar service, this was not clear to us and was quite disappointing.
