B&B Giolì

It is a beautiful place, the owner, very professional, respectful, polite, keep in touch with you very fast and easy. Closer to restaurants, busses, rail bus stations. I went twice at Sirenntta Restaurant, and it is 5 blicks from the place. I am very happy to stay at B&B Gioli.

Confortable, clean, many very nice small details, very attentive owners. The location is not ideal, but make use of the public transport and tou will be fine.

The location is not optimal.

The room I was in was so comfortable, with a large double bed, with ensuite bathroom. I liked that the windows had shutters that could shut out the light completely, which really helped me to get a better sleep. I sent a message in advance to let them know I was vegan and Renato was so helpful in letting me know what options were available. The breakfasts were so good, I really appreciated the care that they took, confirming with me that it was all suitable. All in all, I felt very much looked after! Renato got in touch through WhatsApp a few days before arrival to give directions to the B&B, which is less than half an hour by tram from Cadorna train station. The location was perfect for me as I had meetings with colleagues only 10 minutes walk away but if you need to get to city center the no. 16 tram is very frequent and just down the street from the B&B. The B&B is located in an apartment block with an elevator that was quite loud, so if you're sensitive to noise you might want to bring earplugs for night time. I had my own so it wasn't an issue for me, but they also provided earplugs in the room, which was a very helpful touch.

This is a really good choice for those who come to Milan for a few days to see the city or watch a match and want to find a clean, correct, modern accommodation with a nice and helpful staff at a good price/value ratio! It is also easily accessible in terms of transport and the city center is also easily accessible! The breakfast is hearty and meets personal needs! I can only recommend it to everyone! It wasn't like that!

The owner Gustavo really knows how to do it! He was very helpful, gave us important information about the city, recommended good restaurants or ways how to get to city center. Everything in the flat was perfectly prepared, we appreciated little details like chargers or umbrellas to borrow. Parking is available in some of the surrounding streets. There was extremely bad weather in Milano during our stay, but that's not the accommodation's fault :-).

Everything was perfect. Renato was very kind,very helpful and always available! The room was very clean and the breakfast very satisfying. To approach Duomo you will need to take the tram (25min).

Excellent clean room, very near to tram station which goes directly to the city centre. Rich Italian breakfast. Renato was so helpful about everything.

We stayed only for one night, but it was totally enough to be impressed with the hospitality. Snacks, possibility to borrow a charger or an umbrella on a rainy day - seems like little things, but it adds so much quality to the stay. It rėally felt like we were visiting distant relatives here in Milan. The host who greeted us is a wonderful person with a great sophisticated sense of humour. We are hoping to come back one day! We did not have any issues here :)

The owner is very nice and informative. He gave all the information about location, the food and the tourist attractions. The location is easily accessible with tram number 16. The place is very clean. There are just 2 rooms. It is like a 2 bedroom apartment. Breakfast was very good. You can find anything.

Exceptional

The property was clean and cozy. Host was very kind and helpful! He gave me lots of instruction about transport, restaurants and monuments in Mediolan. The breakfast was amazing, there were everything you want. When we arrived, host left for us cold juices, water and non-alcoholic aperitif with snacks. I will absolutely recommend that property. Nothing, this booking offer is amazing.

An extremely friendly host who helped us with everything we were looking for. The accommodation is clean, well maintained and I think it's great for this price. The breakfast was varied and well served. The neighborhood is quiet, the neighbors are also very friendly, and the city center can be reached very quickly and easily. I would definitely recommend this accommodation:) The only drawback is the thinner walls, so you can hear noise from the hallway. The owners are also concerned about that, so we got earplugs in the room, a sympathetic and unprecedentedly nice service.

The Host paid attention to all details and his behave was really specific and appreciated. The communication between us and Renatto was very simple and in a friendly way via whats app and F2F. He was supportive and due that u feel u have a friend there . The room was clean and bright. Nothing

The hosts were extremely kind and helpful and considered even our personal taste for breakfast. They gave us valuable information about the city all the time. The room was very clean and we had everything we needed. The location is great because it's in a calm and quiet neighborhood but there is quick and easy transportation to the city center. I highly recommend this place!

The host was incredibly nice and ready to help. Everything was clean and the breakfast was delicious. Even though the B&B Giolì might not be in the city centre it is possible to walk there by feet or easily commute by public transport. Moreover, the B&B is located in a safe, gated community and there are numerous great restaurants nearby. I would strongly recommend this accommodation. All our needs were catered to, and the whole stay has exceeded our expectations. ?

Superb

Perfect location for our purpose of stay - 5 mins walk to Cirque du Soleil show :-) Comfortable, clean apartment. Plenty of free street parking. Friendly , informative hosts, prepared everything what guests may need. Breakfast was plenty, nice coffee ;-) Some noise from the road but earplugs helped.

Everything was perfect. Renato is very kind and open to help about everything. Room and toilet was really clean, breakfast was excellent.

The host did more than he should. He would get a very good breakfast ready at 7 am, refill the coffee machine, and prepare snacks and drinks in the freezer. (My friend wanted to eat boiled eggs and the host really prepared them as plus) He provides clean service every day, which I didn't receive from any other stays in Italy. I really like everything. Only the location is not that near the central area. But it was in a very quiet and safe area. It was nearing the famous university Politecnico di Milano. (we are Ph.D. students and we like this point) Though not in the central area, the transportation is still very convenient.
