This is a beautiful property exceptionally maintained and well cared for. It’s centrally located as well and is a feast for the eyes just really beautiful. The room seemed relatively small, but it was exceptionally clean, well appointed and lovely

The shower was dripping the entire night and did not let us sleep.

It’s a beautiful former private home- wonderfully decorated and well maintained. Easy walking to the duomo and La scalla. The staff is friendly and helpful- Simone was particularly attentive to our needs. The rooms are large and light filled, with the most comfortable beds on our month long tour of Italy and France. The only improvement would be the bars margarita pizza. Overcooked and dry, it had no discernible basil or mozzarella. The club sandwich was perfect, however.

I would not rate this hotel 5 stars. The room was extremely noisy, and I couldn’t sleep the entire night. The property also feels very outdated and does not meet the standards I expected. When my flight was delayed, I asked if the staff could accommodate my request, but they were unwilling to help. To make matters worse, they approached me in the breakfast room in front of other guests to inform me that they would not adjust my airport transportation reservation. I found this unprofessional and embarrassing, as it could have been handled privately. Overall, the lack of customer service, the noisy rooms, and the outdated facilities made for a very disappointing stay.

Location was decent. We had cockroaches in the room. When I told the receptionist, her response ‘hmm we will tell house keeping’. Also while my booking.com bill say taxes included, I was still charged taxes

Great location and beautiful rooms. Customer experience team were attentive and predicted our needs. My husband was wondering if he had left his earbuds at the hotel. When we landed we had a text message indicating that they had been found.

Beautiful hotel in central location. Excellent front desk and reception staff. Delicious breakfast. Lost of beautiful and creative design choices throughout. I lliked everything.

Both the lobby/common areas and rooms were beautifully decorated. The hotel is a bit away from the tourist attractions but was very convenient to the metro and a better price/value than luxury hotels in the very center. We arrived before check in and they held our luggage until the rooms were ready. When we returned they said the luggage was already in the rooms, but when we went upstairs it wasn't. They did not seem to appreciate at first how concerned we were about them having misplaced all of our bags! Other issues: the breakfast was a bit crowded and the open glass shower in the middle of the room didn't allow for much privacy.

Abiance and decor was great! Staff exc eptionally friendly! Wlking distance to Central Milan, close to the Tram. Sometimes got a bit noisy from our neighbours.
