The morning staff serving breakfast, after sleeping a night in the floor I reserved a 4 bed suite and they gave us a 2 bed room, as a result one of us need to sleep in the floor.when contacted the owner and send him a screenshot of the room booked, he didn't reply

Everything is great for a perfect value.

Clean, conveniently located near Linate Airport. No restaurants nearby, the neighborhood a bit doggy. I wouldn’t like me wife or daughter walk around there at night unaccompanied.

The staff were very polite, helpful and nice. The hotel is very safe to enter and leave. The bed and room were very clean and comfortable. The internet worked very well. When I took a shower the water changed rapidly from lukewarm to hot to cool and back hot almost burning me, at these prices I believe the shower and water temperature should be constant. My room had an odour and you could tell people smoked in the room as there were cigarette butts just outside the window. The breakfast was very basic and the same every day so it got boring after a few days, although the staff were very nice. There is parking in the underground garage, but it's expensive at 20€/day. You can park for free just outside the hotel.

place was great about accessing to supermarket and bus station and off course my office nothing to tell but room was a bit small

Rooms clean and bathroom was adequate There was some unfinished electrical wires. The area did not look very safe with very high security around the building.
