Big apartment. Shower had really good pressure and both a/c’s worked well. Good amenities. Induction stove… impressive! Parking garage close by if coming by car. You can hear neighbours in adjoining apartment through walls/ceiling. Sounded like a little kid shouting and moving furniture around 22:00 each night.

Location is great little bit out but prefect for families and only 15mins into Duomo. Metro 4 mins walk and same for tram. Supermarket just at the end of the block . Apartment was great size for us as a family of 4 After 2 showers hot water gone, also no housekeeping so had to request toilet paper and didn’t get fresh towels while we were there. Maybe this is something that happens and we are just so use to hotels

Access to the building is complicated. Also some times to register weren't available which made things tricky, this could of been explained better.

Perfect location, close to metro stops, supermarket, cafes, and good restaurants. Same street as the weekly street market which is amazing. Spacious unit with balcony. No dislikes. Loved this property!

The location, everything in

Location was great. It was in a quite residential area and metro station was at about 04 minutes walk. Its a good apartment for 04 adults with almost all the facilities you would need for a stay. The floor was a little sticky and you wouldn't like walking on it bare footed. It was clean but sticky, maybe the material used for building the floor had something in it.

We gave 9 stars because the location was a bit far from everything which is not their fault. Note you will have to take two trains from Milano central to get there...just wish it was a little closer. We also gave 9 stars because we believed for the price the room should have come with a few bottles of water.

i like room it cozy and clean staff are nice and helpful. place is near to train station and metro and big store even you come late at night its safe , and we ae lucky during our stay there is open market direct at the street when we come back to milan we definitely book by green ribbon again .

Good location in a quieter neighborhood. Room(s) were comfortable. My wife and I couldn’t fit with 2 pieces of luggage. Also low entrance door off street, tore a chunk of skin of my head?Elevator was tiny, my wife and I couldn’t fit with 2 pieces of luggage. No microwave

Excellent experience here！

On the way to the apartment, we luckily passed through the bazaar. It was a very lively and local environment. We enjoyed it very much. The apartment was very useful and large. It was also very good in terms of cleaning. The location was not bad, you can easily go to the center by public transportation.

Absolutely superb value! The staff was friendly and welcoming. Clean and comfortable apartment has all necessities needed. Well connected location makes it easy to access city central via tram, buses or metro. There's a big supermarket just short walk away, and plenty of cafés, bars and restaurants nearby. We had great stay, and warmly recommend Green Ribbon to other travellers.

I enjoyed customer service. The staff was helpful, nice and professional. The apartament was fully equipped. Location is a huge plus. There was an unpleasent smell in the bathroom, we couldn’t get rid of it. A heater in the kitchen was not working properly, it was quite cold there.

The aspect of the room, the fresh perfume un the room, the cleanliness Water goes cold after 10-15 minutes of showering, the heater was cold and the air conditioner does not give enough warmth
