Mainly the location as i wanted to be closer to Stadio San Siro for a concert for a relatively affordable price As many commenters also say “ you get what you pay for”. It wasn’t the best but it wasn’t the worst either. The only problem was the cover sheets - they had some weird stains bit thankfully it is summer Abe didn’t use them. The ac didn’t work. They had a fan there but the outlets where limited. In the whole room there was only one outlet in a good place. The other were either broken or put up too high

The location was great if you are looking to stay somewhere between the fair and central Milan. The staff tried to an extend help me with a request of mine to put something in their freezer which was to help me with an injury of mine. Even though my room was on the top floor and supposedly probably one of the better ones in the building, it was super noisy, very basic and not something I would again! Considering it was the week of Salone in Milan, I paid £140 x night (including half decent breakfast) and an extra 5€ to hold my suitcase after my check out.

New towels daily Beds made Close to San siro Close to subway. 5 mins walk Lots of old dirt and dust meant irritation to eyes that only someone with allwill understand. Half plug points and lighting switches did not work Air conditioning did not work meaning room uncomfortable due to heat. Staff although not unfriendly always finished their cigarette or whatever they were up too on their phone before attending to you. Breakfast was really poor, coffee awful Not enough tables for Breakfast and very rickety furniture from another century. This also meant ground floor rooms very noisy from 750 onwards when Breakfast being set up along with reception noise. Street noise cannot be helped but not a relaxing place. One of the beds in the room very noisy and no support as too old and dented. Plug in sink did not work

I am writing this review based on my 9 years of experience in the tourism and hospitality industry. The reception staff — an older woman and a younger woman, who appeared to be mother and daughter — were extremely rude. We arrived after a long journey, and if the city tax fee needs to be paid, it should be requested politely. Instead, they behaved in a very aggressive and unprofessional manner. The air conditioner in the room was not working, and we needed hot water, but the hotel does not even provide a basic electric kettle. If you want to drink hot water, you have to wait until breakfast time. As for breakfast, please do not have high expectations — it was very poor. If we ever travel to Milan again, we will definitely never stay at this hotel, If this place can even be called a hotel.

Location was ideal as within walking distance from SAN SIRO Football Stadium Breakfast was very poor, no tea making facilities in room, room was cold upon arrival, no English TV channels, bathroom toiletries were very poor, shortage of bath towels.

Good location, close to metro station. Awful smell in whole hotel, stinky like cigaret smell and some cooking and mold smell. The smell was even in the room, disgusting. Broken lock on room door, closing after long trying only. Bathroom not clean. Breakfast just some packed food like crackers, packed croissants. Totally not worth the money.

Nice neighborhood, close to the metro station. Really noisi rooms, you can hear the staff and the other guests all night. The rooms are in a bad condition, you can see that they are old and used. The breakfast was horrible, small selection of the cheapest, pre-wrapled sweets from the supermarket and a bag of toast bread with only cheese. Paper plates with plastic fork and spoon, no knife. Do not choose this place only for the low price with the breakfast!

Location is not that bad. Staff aren't knowledgeable. So hot in the room, we keep on asking to turn the heater off, and it seems like they don't know. No elevator.
