The room was small but cozy, and I really liked it. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. Everything was clean, tidy, and well-kept. I loved the location as well—such a peaceful and quiet place. Highly recommend!

The staff was very welcoming and friendly, they let us check in early and were very helpful. It is near the metro, in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood . Amazing value for the money, especially on the heart of Milan ! Would absolutely return ! Booking said there would be breakfast included but they don't order breakfast

The staff were exceedingly helpful and friendly. Room was modest but clean and comfortable. No tea, coffee facilities. But there was a kitchen we could use. Access to the hotel was a little unusual and it was hard to tell it was a hotel from the street. We actually walked past it twice before we found it.
