Staff are very nice and helpful. They speak excellent English and were patient with my limited Italian. and The location is excellent => great cost performance - it is hard to find a place so central at this price. The old school feel is comfy; really an excellent 3 star hotel. the "fitness center" includes home equipment that is not made for serious workouts. breakfast was okay but included a great deal of processed food - canned fruit for example - not seen in any of our other Italian hotels. under the beds need a good cleaning.

It’s in the center of Milan, very clean. The staff and the people of the recreation do their best to make you feel welcome. Nothing, everything was just fine

Location excellent .staff good. Breakfast good. Shown to our room which was lovely then they came and asked us to move to an inferior room which turned out to have noisy air conditioning. Very disappointed to be told to move especially when we saw the new room

Very friendly, excellent central site. Would visit again. Everything was great but the hotel is beginning to show it's age, veranda was a welcome sight but surrounded by dead plants and no furniture to sit outside, so a little disappointing. One of the sinks didn't hold its water as the plug wasn't working but everything very clean and plainly, in its day, very expensive! Breakfast was self service but plenty of choice. Evening meal was tasty and we were very well looked after by the staff.
