For the value everything was good.

The room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The smell was unbearable, so I asked to be moved to another room, but I was told that no alternative was available. The staff member who came to the room with us acknowledged that the smell was unbearable, even in the bathroom. We understand that situations like this can happen and that the hotel is not responsible for the behavior of previous guests. However, no solution was offered, and we were forced to spend the nights in those conditions. We were not offered a refund or any form of compensation, despite paying a significant amount for the room. This was extremely disappointing. When guests pay a good price, they should not be expected to sleep in a room that smells so strongly of cigarette smoke without any attempt to resolve the issue.

Great central location in Milan! Close to Duomo and restaurants, shopping, everything. Very convenient. Front Desk staff was very helpful. Initially hard to find as there was no sign outside the building or instructions that are visible.

Amazing location! Comfortable, clean. The front door key wasn’t working properly, so some times it took a few minutes to go in.

The hotel was excellent! The rooms were very clean, beautifully designed, and much nicer than in the photos. The location is perfect – very central, close to everything, right next to the Duomo and metro stations. There was also a receptionist named Mohamed who was extremely kind and helpful.

There is no reception 24/7 and they gave me whatsapp number ... when i need help no one reply... there was noise from other guests at night...

It was so good hotel , near to everything .the staff and room service was fabulous.

Good location to do the touristy stuff. Great price for its location. No one at the front desk but they were very responsive when i sent messages.

Location was hidden to find easily honestly. When I checked in the receptionist was very polite and helpful, but when I checked out the check out clerk (Indian guy- I don't know the name that's why) was very rude. He immediately took my keys and when I went back to get my suitcases again, I stayed at the door for 20 minutes and even asked for help from the office across the entrance, the secretary there said that it was impossible to call by phone (it was very rare to help anymore) and I had to wait. Also, The vanity in the bathroom was never cleaned and there were stains on the bedspreads. In fact, every night I heard the sound of furniture on the upper floors and there were constant noises coming from outside. So this is an exaggeration of service and goods for the money paid. I would definitely not recommend it.
