The location is perfect. The two 'breakfast ladies' (Monica, Eva) were extremely kind and helpful (and the receptionists were very friendly, too).

The location is unbelievable. Right next to the Duomo. Metro is right next to the hotel. 10 minutes from the sentral train station by metro and you are at the hotel and in the middle of the city. All main attractions are in the walking distance. Breakfast was great. AC in the room. The hotel is on the noisy street.

Perfect location. Good price. Very welcome a/c. Nice breakfast. Helpful staff. English language chanels on TV. Single room and bathroom quite small but ok for me. Some confusion over electric sockets - there is a power switch on side. Needs some updating: New fridge - this one not cold at all New loo seat Extra pillows

The location was excellent, unbeatable for a short Milan trip where you need to be in the center for short access to your hotel room. ( especially for shopping) The staff was very nice especially Ms. Patricia, life saver can’t thank you enough The clean of the room and have a window on the street , I’ll come back for sure in my next trip! The elevator was an excellent edge, but was small and slow, other hotels don’t have any ! Small bathroom ( but it’s related to the smallest room I had)

Location, staff were great. Room 10 view is of Hotel Rio sign and support structure. The steel shutters were old, off the tracks and would only partially open. Bathroom floor needed attention, was not completely clean.

great stay and couldn’t have asked for a more perfect location around the corner from the Cathedral and metro stations. Staff were very friendly and approachable
