The property was amazing and the premium room we booked is very modern and clean The women the in reception was so rude to us when we checked out
-
The price is little bit expensive
-
The location was great and the staff very helpful Room service could have been better

I chose the hotel due to its reviews, location. Great reception team support, great breakfast service and quality choice of food. The room was amazing with great Wi-Fi, well cooled with the A/C specially with the heat in Milano. The location was central to the Duomo, shopping, La Scala Opera and all the Piazzas. Wonderful choice would stay there again defintely. That i could not stay for a 3rd week.

The room was so comfortable! We got a great night's sleep after flying in from the US. We really liked that the AC worked well since it was very hot outside, and the room was dark and quiet so we could sleep in. The hotel has all the updated tech - charger ports, lights, etc. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was really good. My only critique would be the night light in the bathroom. It went on automatically when you walked in, which was nice but it was a little bright for our liking. And that light shown through to the bedroom via the glass wall - which did wake me up when my partner used the bathroom in the middle of the night.
-
Elegant, comfortable bed, soft sheets, quiet street but close enough to busier sections. Very accommodating for early check in, and later check out. They also had a large lobby. Nothing
-
The staff were kind and helpful. I didn’t like that the hotel is very outdated. The room door uses a key instead of an electronic lock, and the carpets and curtains are very old. The hotel urgently needs renovation. It feels stuck in the year 1996

Breakfast was basic. Nothing special.
-
The double-size bed actually consisted of 2 beds (mattress) which caused a little of inconvenience.
-
The location and the room were as advertised. Value for money was great. The Breakfast left a lot to be desired. The scrambled eggs were miserable and so were the options around it. Pastries were just OK, not great. I was offered one coffee and then the staff disappeared... ended up getting coffee and croissant in a bar off property, afterwards...

They close AC In winter
-
Had to get the key for the "spa" and "gym for every use. Very disappointing and inconvenient
-
Staff at the reception quite rude and standoffish. They wanted to charge us to use the spa.
-
I missed to have warm oatmeal, if I remember correctly you used to have

My experience at this hotel was very disappointing and far from what you’d expect from a 4-star establishment. The only positive part was the daytime staff, who were polite and professional — beyond that, the service and facilities were extremely poor. Bottled water was provided only on the first night, with no daily replenishment, which is unacceptable in a hotel of this supposed standard. Noise started early in the morning due to ongoing maintenance and repair work inside the building. Additionally, noise from other rooms was easily heard, making it difficult to rest or relax. The soap was provided in small sachets, which felt cheap and inadequate. If you order room service at night, be aware that an additional service charge applies — something that was not made clear during check-in. An iron is not available in-room and can only be accessed on the second floor, which is highly inconvenient, especially for international guests or those on business trips. The amount of dust in the room was excessive, clearly showing a lack of proper housekeeping. The room style itself was very outdated and did not feel clean or comfortable. I would not recommend this hotel and truly question how it holds a 4-star rating.

loved that our room was in the recently renovated part of the hotel. It was quite small but very nice. The front desk staff couldn't have been nicer, very accommodating and helpful. The gym/spa area was amazing, sadly with so little time we were never able to take advantage They need to redo their lobby and breakfast areas, it's seriously dated and dingy, compared to other hotels we stayed in at similar price points, Cavour fell short in ambience the breakfast and its presentation were meh.
-
great location and good value keys are old style and need to be left at reception
-
It is close to metro stations and the train station. We really enjoy their buffet breakfast at their rooftop restaurant. The room is a bit small.

Beautiful property and great location

If I have to nit pick, I’d say the breakfast could be better
