The whole night tram and cars nearby make noise. There was no Air conditioned in the room even though is paid good amount for double room. Mosquitos and bed bugs will never let you sleep

Staff is very welcoming!!

Clean. Friendly staff. The location right next to the tramway kept interrupting sleep. Lack of decent running hot water in room.

The attitude of the receptionist wasn’t good I forgot about the check out policy and he came to me very mad asking me to take my staff out of the room

A quiet place, but still very central and close to the main train station of Milan. I had a very pleasant stay here.

guy at the reception was very nice zero soundproofing, i heard guy and girl doing their things and couldn’t sleep, after they finished i fall asleep then later woke up bc a group of guys which were very loud and i was like 4 am i was completely tired bc of no sleeping

Excellent location Hotel is noticeably old and starting to fall apart. It’s a 1-star so don’t expect much but it’s fine for one night. I wouldn’t stay longer than that

Good location. This property is next to the tram lines, and trams run so loud and frequently until midnight 1-1:30am and back to run again 5am early morning. The room was steaming hot with no air conditioner. We couldn’t open the window because of such loud noises outside window. My husband and I had slept less than 3 hours each night for two nights which impacted our daytime tours in Milan and in Cinque Terre. I sent a complaining message to Booking.com and didn’t receive any response back.

The hotel is located pretty close to train station. But!!! At the same time very close to tram lines. The facility has big high windows. In hot weather we had to take open them during all night. It was very loud to sleep comfortably.

This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve had. The building is extremely old and poorly maintained. The elevator is the smallest I have ever seen, barely fitting one person with luggage. Even the most basic facilities were missing or not up to standard. Most concerning, the hotel’s layout and tiny elevator would make exiting in an emergency a disaster. I cannot recommend this hotel.

A good option to stay in the central area of Milan on a budget

Check in was very smooth, the owner is very kind, he allowed us to check in at 10AM. Location Close to Milan central station (6 minutes walk). Staff are very responsive, clean the room every day. There is a small refrigerator in the reception. There are many shops and markets around the hotel. There is no Airconditionner in the room, it is very hot in summer. Lift is very small but worked for me. It fits two people with luggage. Make sure not to take the room on the street side, it is very noisy.

All the rest. In short - a one star hotel that feels like one.
