The room was very clean and tidy upon arrival. A/C was fixed to 21C and the room was cool throughout the whole stay despite the heatwave. Beds were comfortable and the room was quite spacious. Location was very good, the quiet Gerusalemme disctrict was welcoming and calm, with Metro stop right next to the hotel. Security deposit box didnt work. The breakfast could have a bit better selection for salads and bread.

Pros: Breakfast: We really enjoyed the breakfasts. Staff: Almost all the staff members were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Location & Neighborhood: While it is not right in the city center, there is a metro station and a tram stop nearby. You can easily reach the center in 20–30 minutes. There are also plenty of restaurants and bars around, making it a very interesting area to stay in. Nearby Park: A huge plus for us was a park with a playground close by. Our son loved playing there with the local kids after breakfast or dinner. Cleanliness & Facilities: The room was generally clean. We also liked the bathroom, even though it was on the smaller side. A special thank you to the hotel for setting up a baby cot in our room for our son. Cons: Room size: The room itself was quite cramped for three people; we felt a bit short on space. City tax: The city tax seemed excessively high to us. We paid 220 euros for 11 nights, which felt quite overpriced.

The reception is polite and pleasant. The cleaners do not speak English. There is no place to dry clothes. When booking 2 rooms, one had a sewage smell
