Good location and well kept property. The breakfast did not cater for gluten free on all days. They were short of bread on second day.

The room was surprisingly spacious and spotlessly clean. It also has a large modern bathroom with pleasant amenities supplied. The location was not super close to the famous attractions, such as the Duomo or the canal, but it was still comfortably accessible, as Metro lines 5 and 1 were just outside the door. The neighbourhood was calm and had a cool vibe, with a historical building and a modern office building. Actually, it was a bit surprising that a hotel still provides amenities with single-use plastic bottles. Also, it would be better to remove the cotton pads and nail grinding pads from the amenity package, as they are not only unnecessary but also of very disappointing quality anyway.

The hotel receptionist was very friendly and helpful The complementary soft drinks in the fridge in the room and hotel location to Metro station Hotel was little dated in parts but that did not in any way spoil our stay

Great staff,just 100mts to the Malpensa bus stop and metro,big rooms,clean Internet mostly didn't work,toilet very small and you couldn't even sit
