Exceptionally clean and very polite staff. A bit far from main attractions; however, walking distance from CityLife shopping centre. There are some great shops there.

All that you would expect from a 5 star establishment - amazing food, amazing staff, amazing service. Everything was perfect, only missing a pool!

Overall our experience was excellent, staff, all staff was approachable and helpful. Our room was conformtable and clean at all times. Unfortunately, our only bad point was the TV. Very basic. Being only English speaking there were no channels for us, bad TV reception, We could not watch anything.

The hotel has amazing facilities and the rooms are spacious. The furniture was modern and comfortable. Everything was clean and prepared to a great standard for our stay. They provide guests with everything you could possibly need, such as hairdryer, bathroom essential kits and ironing equipment. The staff was very friendly and the reception works 24/7, so they are easily available whenever you need their help. The hotel is located in a great residential neighborhood, but it's quite far away from the city center and tourist spots like Duomo. Other than that, everything was great.
