The location is too far from the city centre
-
Perfect position, close to the metro! It was rather noisy in the room
-
a bit noisy because my room directly face to the main street .
-
Nice, small , inexpensive hotel in a beautiful, residential part of Milan. Close to all public transportation, good restaurants and bars.
-
The washroom size could have been better. I stayed in single size bedroom.
-
Air conditioning not working, shower curtain stained. Bathroom too small. Not many places to eat near hotel

The staff is very friendly and kind! Very accommodating. My mom bought salmon from the grocery store and the lady staff helped her heat it up / provided forks. There’s AC at this property, but the first room we were in had a broken AC, so they switched us to another room. There’s an area to sit + restroom if you’re trying to wait for an uber. Also, if you want breakfast it’s an extra charge. There’s also luggage storage here so you can ask to drop off your items and explore / come back to grab your things. Make sure to bring a portable fan! There’s barely any AC in Milan/Europe in general. Overall, the stay was pretty good. There’s a grocery store across the street/walk a block down. Just be careful of pickpockets in the tourist areas! We did encounter a Chinese Tourist who rented a car and got their tires popped by someone and demanded them to pay to fix the tires. And it happened right across the street in front of the jail. But besides that there wasn’t anything major. It was a little further out from the city center, but there is a train / tram nearby if you’re trying to use the transit. If you’re in a corner room, it has a really small shower, so it’ll be harder to shower if you’re on the bigger end. Be careful of mosquitos in the summer! There was a lot in Milan in general and I got bit. Prepare creams!

The hotel needs renovations to tell positive reviews The interior is very old, and the price for the service is quite high.

Good hotel, clean and simple, very nice staff. It was everything we expected
-
Room was far too hot even with the air conditioning and it was much smaller than it looked in photos. Bathroom was extremely small
-
I like the entrance the room the balcony the building I don't like that the bed was a small bed I know it was just me but the money was toomuch for one night without food or water included
-
The towels are not clean

Very clean and air conditioning in room kept us very comfortable in scorching heat. Several free bottles of water in the room. Attentive staff, great location not far from the center, easy access to transportation. Nice breakfast room. The hotel is dated and the bathroom / shower stall is small.
-
Nothing Old disgusting bathroom and shower. Twin bed, didn’t sleep at all. Grossed me out.
-
No bar or restaurant.
-
Convenient location at reasonable price.

The staff were friendly and there was good water pressure in the shower. Location is within 3 minutes walk of a Metro station. My room was extremely hot and the air-conditioning did not work. Walls seem to be paper thin so could hear noise from the other rooms. The bed was extremely hard, so between the hard bed, hot room and noise from outside and other rooms I barley slept all night. In terms of the location, whilst it is very close to a Metro stop, the hotel is opposite a large prison and there seem to be a few shady characters hanging around the streets.
