the place is quiet, even though my room had a window on the street but when I close the window i don't hear any voice. I'm arachnophobic and I like this hotel because it's very clean and safe from insects and from any other thing - If you don't want to wake up early, you'll hear voice of steps outside because the doors are not soundproof. - The mini fridge is available in the room but it's not plugged, when I tried to plug it I found that the plug is not compatible with the wall. The hotel didn't bother buying an outlet that makes the plug work so that I can put a bottle of water in the mini fridge in the hot weather. Unfortunately in Milano it's not possible to find a store that sell water unless you find a supermarket. So every time I wanted to drink cold water I had to go to the closest supermarket instead of using the mini fridge.

Great staff, and a nice and chill neighborhood

They dont know English

It'd be very nice to have a water kettle in the room. Yet, I believe had I asked to use the one in the kitchen, they would have allowed me to. It is not a deal breaker to me.

While taking shower, the hot water suddenly cut off, which was quite challenging for me because even during the summer, I cannot take a cold shower :( While checking out early in the morning around 7, there was nobody in the hotel. I had to leave the keys on the desk to catch my flight, but I felt a bit unsafe if the hotel was left unattended like that.

Location good with amenities near, hotel a little difficult to find as its off the street and not signposted. Room keys instead if card keys.

Nice staff, basic breakfast provided. The hotel is in a residential block - a very noisy family lived above my room - the incessant noise (dragging chairs around, heavy footsteps, loud voices) was heard until 11pm on some nights making it very hard to relax and rest. The shower enclosure was so small you could barely move in it and there was no shelf to put anything on like soap. Made it tough to wash yourself!

Very friendly and helpful people, close to metro station, silent environment, simple but good breakfast, shops and restaurants in de environment Internet was poor, in my room unfortunately even not available

I would definetly recommend this hotel for short staying in Milano! a warm welcome from host, quick check-in, hard-working housekeeping. Breakfast included (yougurt, brioches, fresh coffee, some fruits). The room is clean, freshly painted, you have everything you need, comfy bed. Location is fine, not noisy, close to public transport, approx 20 min to the centre.

Location: it’s a very beautiful quiet residential area. Close to a big super market, park and the metro. The location was my favourite part and makes the below worth it for a short stay. Bedroom: size isn’t too bad. Bed was surprisingly comfortable I just wish I had two pillows. - The WiFi did not reach my room and the carpet in the room made it feel unclean for some reason… - Bathroom: quite clean. Shower was too small for me but the pressure was good. - Staff: don’t speak English so practice your basic Italian! They tried to make me pay for my accommodation on arrival when I paid in advance and they didn’t have a formal proof of payment attached to my room. So I’d recommend having your own proof on arrival incase. They also can’t give you any recommendations if you’re looking for them. - It said breakfast included so I assumed at least some toast or cereal. There was only youghurt and small pastries, bread & Nutella/jam jars. No offer to toast and no cereal or fruit.

Extremely small rooms, even smaller washrooms with a shower cubicle, which made you suffocated. One cupboard that could not be closed, a safe which was broken , so I had to carry my valuables everywhere. No iron, kettle microwave, or air-conditioning was available as was shown in available facilities. A standing fan was given, which had to be moved around because the room was so small for that, and only one socket was available for all the things done in the room. The breakfast didn't have any fresh vegetables meat items or very rarely a fruit was available, basically it was just small sponge cakes and biscuits. There was no one in the hotel in the night except for a phone to call, and I missed sleep thinking how safe the place was?And there were huge noices disturbing even the little sleep you had in the night. On the whole, the stay was extremely disappointing!

The hotel is in a quiet part of the city, a short walk from Wagner metro station. I found the location very pleasant. Although the staff we're a bit limited English speaking wise, they we're exceptionally friendly and helpful, and made me very welcome indeed. The room was too hot for me, needed a,c, or a fan at least. It was August, though, to be fair, so I realised it would be fine when the weather cools down, it was just an exceptionally hot weekend while I was there.
