The location was conveniently close to the metro and supermarkets, and it felt very safe even at night. Our bed was very uncomfortable. It seemed that a blanket or some other material had been placed in the middle to compensate for the mattress, making it feel like we were sleeping on a hard surface. We stayed for eight nights, and according to the property's policy, the room should have been cleaned after the seventh night. Unfortunately, this did not happen. The shower was also very small, which made it inconvenient to use. In addition, the hot water would run out quickly because the hot water tank did not appear to be large enough. As a result, we had to shower at different times—two persons in the evening and the other in the morning—to ensure there was enough hot water for all of us.

Staff were cool from check in to giving us pointers while upstairs. Thanks for the extra towels as well. Also the location to the Esselunga was perfect. The constant structure knocking of the building (not the hotel fault though) all night and day (clicking). For those who are light sleepers, I would recommend not taking room 104. If you sleep heavy, you are good to go.

A major downside is the online check-in procedure, where you have to fill in all the details from your ID card, including the postal code, otherwise it won’t let you move to the next step. Even if you complete all the information, you are still required to upload front-and-back photos of the ID so they can recheck you at arrival. For our group, the on-site check-in took quite a long time. The rooms were dirty; you definitely need to bring house slippers because if you walk in socks, they get dirty after just a few steps. We tried to take a shower after returning from the city at midnight and had no hot water. They didn’t inform us that it could be shut off. At check-out we were scolded because three people out of 21 were delayed by half an hour after 10 a.m. The reception is open only from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m. We will definitely not return here with the group.

Can be noisy. Depends on neighbors, or street works.

The accommodation is neat and clean, the bed is comfortable. Clean and tidy bathroom, clean towels, there are baths, hair shampoo and conditioner, the only drawback is that there were no disposable slippers in the room, but nothing terrible, and one more thing, which didn't bother us so much, on Saturdays and Tuesdays there is a market on the street where the hotel is located, so it can be noisy, but that wasn't too bad for us because we were mostly outside. Tram and metro are near the hotel, it is easy to get to the city center. Take care of transportation and their control, they target foreigners with intent and write fines. Be sure to get transport tickets for the days you stay in Milan. The city as such could do more with signs and road signs in English, because after all it is a tourist place. Recommendation for the hotel, the people are hospitable and explain everything to you and make arrangements with you before arriving at the hotel, the plus is that you can leave your luggage if you have an earlier or later flight. In the end, it was nice to stay in Milan.

It’s a really nice place to stay. Excellent communication to the centre, near the coffee shop and supermarket. Staff were really nice and helpful. I can obviously recommend this place for future guests!?

The cleaning was not done properly. For example, they did not leave us clean glasses they just rinsed them with water and nothing else. there is also a street market during Tuesdays and Saturdays. Ofcourse the hotel can't do anything about it it's just that the rooms were not really sound proof
