Spice Hotel Milano

Ac did not work well, room got hotter instead of cooler even after saying something to front desk twice. Shower was too open, water got everywhere no matter what.

Gave us a free upgrade. Loved it

No wifi on 2nd floor rooms

The smell from the bathroom

Staff was available and friendly. Room was nice. Small thing the toilet has a bad smell that we had to keep tye toilet door close.

Sometimes the room was smell not good

Very close to milan central train station and metro. Very good staff - especially Dan at front desk.. We were able to check in early and were upgraded to rooms with balcony.. Alessandro saw us at the hallway struggling with luggage and immediately helped us to get to check out..Thank you Dan and Alessandro! Nothing

It was very easy to get to from the train station. It’s just around the block. In general, it was all fine, just a couple of things they could approve upon. 1. When you get to the room, none of the lights work unless you put a cart in a slot, nobody told me about it and the room is dark so there’s no way to see where to put it. 2. There was no amenities, like soaps, shampoos, etc. unless you asked for it there was a little note on the bed said that it’s all available if you need it.

駅からキャリーケースを引いて歩くには、少しだけ遠い気がします。石畳なので歩くのがむずかしかったですね。8分くらい。

The staff so fiendly , location perfect for the terminal station, we stayed me my husband and my daughter And it was great the area safe

Exactly what I needed as a solo traveller

Το προσωπικό χαλάει όλη την εικόνα του ξενοδοχείου. Οι καμαριέρες κουβαλάνε τα ακάθαρτα στο ίδιο ασανσέρ με τους πελάτες την ώρα που κατεβαίναμε για πρωινό και απαίτησαν πρωτεραιότητα, ενω ταυτόχρονα μιλούσαν δυνατά (σε μια γλώσσα που δεν καταλαβαίναμε) και γελούσαν. Στο πρωινό, ο σερβιτόρος με αποκάλεσε ¨Honey" ρωτώντας με τον αριθμό του δωματίου μου ενω στη συνέχεια μάζευε τα πιάτα και τραβούσε τις καρέκλες με πολύ θόρυβο. Απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά.

Modern, clean hotel right next to the Milan central station and a 10 minute metro ride from the Duomo. It was so hot outside and the AC in this place worked very well which was great. The breakfast (20€) was decent and convenient. Comfortable beds also.

Great stay, I loved the hotel. Value for the money. Clean and helpful staff. I recommend this hotel.

Stayed with my partner for 3 nights. Overall we had a positive experience, staff was absolutely welcoming and helpful, upgraded our room and was very polite. No complaints. Location super close to Central Train Station, just 3-5 minutes to go. Convenient distance to the city marks and restaurants. Only few things slightly disappointed us during our staying there: - bathroom required maintenance, door and some molding parts were damaged by water and age, flour in the shower was bloated also because of water. But most probably we just got lucky and got that kind of room - for whom who cannot tolerant city noise their staying there will be quite uncomfortable. No soundproof. You can here what happening in the hall.

The staff were very friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The location was perfect, with easy access to Milano Centrale Station. I also appreciated that the staff asked at check-in whether I would like to add breakfast. There are supermarkets and plenty of restaurants nearby, making the area very convenient. The only minor drawbacks were that I could occasionally hear my neighbor talking on the phone, and there were no tissues provided in the room.
