Well located, room was large & comfortable. Slightly quirky in a tasteful way. They arranged a car for us to & from Bellagio that was on time & reliable. Staff friendly & helpful. Recommended great restaurants Smart TV did not work.

Fantastic location, right in the centre of Milan. The staff were super friendly and couldn’t do enough for us, including upgrading our room on arrival! The room was incredible. With robes and a huge bed, also a coffee machine and complimentary toiletries. Good selection for breakfast too. Would definitely recommend and book again. N/a

Interesting rooms with nice amount of room and closet space for a hotel this size. Very comfortable bed. Modern bathroom. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was great - a quiet street close to all the "main" attractions of Milan and the Brera district. No complaints whatsoever, other than trash pick up on the street woke me up one morning at 5:30 am

Friendly staff, super comfortable bed and pillows. Location for me was excellent—steps from my office. Would have been nice to have an honour bar for an evening glass of wine in the lobby.

Great location. Nicely decorated. Quiet. A more extensive breakfast. The gentleman at reception who works evenings / nights wasn’t friendly.
