Kindly review the google reviews of this hotel before deciding to book it. The booking.com reviews seem to not reveal the horrendous reality of this hotel. Poor and confusing reception. Poor hygeine. Small rooms. We asked for a refund but were denied, ended up booking another hotel for peace of mind.

Location and comfortable bed. Good restaurant next door. No complimenrary drinking water in room as tap water is not potable.

The location was perfect for us, and we slept well. The staff, when we saw them, were helpful. We had trouble finding the keybox. When we eventually found it, there was no key inside, so we had to call for help (which arrived 2 minutes later), but it meant that we spent 10 unnecessary minutes outside in the wind and rain. Returning at midnight, we found that our key wouldn't turn in the lock to the outer gate, so we spent another cold, wet 10 minutes outside, this time at night, and worried. It was unpleasant. The room was cramped, and under the sloping roof, with low headroom across most it. Given the layout, I think other rooms were the same. The windows went from floor level to about 50 cm above the floor.

Located opposite Rogoredo station, where you can catch many trains. Very clean room, Towels and soap provided. Tv Service with Youtube Restaurant next door and shops a short walk away my room was in the top corner so slightly affected by the roof slant, but fine altogether

Plus side: helpful staff and super comfy bed. Negative side: the area is loud (VERY close to the train station) and the exterior is rundown and unwelcoming.
