Location close to Rogoredo station District a bit run down.

The room is clean and was renovated. The Beds were comfortable and the location of the hotel is very convenient. The staff were helpful and friendly. The Breakfast quality was reduced with narrowing options and not available fresh juice. Renovation works for the next room was ongoing. We could not have an afternoon rest due to noise. The car parking is not free. Value for money, the rate was expensive. Either the Hotel should consider reducing its rate or improve the services to match the cost. This a feedback from a customer who has been visiting this Hotel since 2015.

We enjoyed our large family room for 4. It was comfortable and exceptionally clean. Although not in the center of Milano, metro station for line 5 was a minute away. We even found food not far away at 03:00 am which was very useful. Slight draining problem in the shower but not bad.

I have no complaints about a hotel that is actually very under-rated. The staff are excellent, and the rooms very very clean and comfortable. We really liked the breakfast too. In terms of location, there is a metro station 90 seconds from the hotel door. It is precisely 11 stops from Milan Central station, which is basically 11 minutes. I would stay here again. There was no lock on the bathroom door. The area where the hotel is located isn't the most appealing but it is very quiet. For some it might be too far out, but if you don't mind a trip on the underground, it's fine.

Great location, near the metro station. Quiet surroundings. The hotel staff is really friendly and helpful. Facilities also match expectations. Bar and restaurant are also attractive for the traveler. No cons, maybe just a pool could elevate the level even further but this is a city hotel for reasonable prices.

This experience was just a one night stay, tacked on to the end of a six-night reservation to make a full week. Therefore comments remain much the same as the earlier review for the six nights. The hotel is large and spacious, of the older, grand type, but well maintained. The facilities are good, and there is always somewhere quiet where one can settle down with a book or simply rest in peace. The Reception staff, without exception, were extremely helpful, friendly yet polite. They went out of their way to check things for us, such as train times, prices, the best times to visit sights, the best way to get there, etc. The hotel is situated a long way from the city centre (at least 20 minutes by taxi), but in a quiet if not such a desirable area. There was a small supermarket and a couple of shady restaurants not far from the hotel, but little else of use. A Metro station is less than five minutes away on foot, which is essential for getting around, other than by car. We were upgraded to a small suite for this one night and the other six nights. The room was very spacious, with a separate sitting area and a second television, as well as the one in the bedroom. The bathroom was adequate but could have been bigger, or with a separate shower cubicle, given the size of the whole suite. The breakfast was disappointing. The apple juice just tasted dreadful. The fresh orange juice was a lot more palatable. The hot food (a buffet) was mostly inedible. The rest of the breakfast was reasonable, with an acceptable selection of choices. The staff at breakfast should have been trained by the people in Reception. The difference in attitudes and behaviour was immediately striking. Apart from a couple of the waiters and the senior restaurant manager, everyone else was sullen and curt, dispersing an air of gloom over the proceedings. This was especially apparent with a female we assumed to be the assistant manager. She dispensed orders to the poor waiters but little else. It was a shame that the breakfast experience was so negative, as every other aspect of the hotel was completely the opposite. Except, perhaps, the house-keeping, but that only became apparent after we had stayed more nights.

Clean, comfortable, large room, good bed, good shower, good breakfast, quiet … all good! Location: in a quiet area outside the center, metro around the corner! Location, with metro around the corner, is great, value for money … though it is not in the lively center of Milan.

We had a very comfortable stay. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. We booked a suite, which was particularly spacious and well equipped with everything we needed. The location is excellent — the metro station is just a few steps from the hotel, with a direct line to the Duomo, so there is no need to change lines. There is also a very good Italian restaurant right next to the hotel, which was very convenient. Overall, a comfortable hotel in a very convenient location with excellent access to central Milan. The only downside for us was the breakfast. The buffet is located in the basement, and while all the basic breakfast options are available, the selection is quite limited and could benefit from more variety.
