Receptionist, dont remember the name, lady and gentleman. Good service. Helpful. Area kinda strange, not safe feeling for walking.

Exceptional service from both the staff and the hotel itself. Martina from reception was very helpful and kind, as we had a problem with our booking and she helped us resolve it. They really go above and beyond to make your stay as great as possible. Highly recommend if staying close to Linate airport in Milan.

The hotel is newly renovated and the staff was so kind and helpful. The breakfast buffet is incredible and the workout room is really snazzy too! Since the hotel is newly renovated, there were a few things that just weren't working. The air conditioning was wacky, the coffeepot literally blew a top, the internet ws down for most of our stay, and the microwave sounded like it was going to explode. These are just weird, new construction, work out the kink things type of things and to the staffs credit, they were sooooooo apologetic and trying their best to help. These were things that were beyond anyone's control.
