Easy self check in, convenient to linate airport Not many restaurant options to walk to

The property does not provide a normal check in past 8pm, which is not what the details in the original Booking page states (Booking page states anytime after 3pm). This is problematic, because checking in ourselves required extra documentation to be sent to management, our key was left in the door for anyone to take, and the location is not safe late at night (many loiterers around the metro stop). Our room also did not have any shower soap or shampoo, and the windows were completely obstructed. We were also instructed to just leave our tax payment in the room (cash only) with the keys placed back in the door.

The location of the hotel was not so good.

Villa Camilla was an excellent choice! It’s really near Linate airport and close to a metro station, so it was easy to get around the city. The staff is really friendly and attentive. The room is exactly like the pictures and it is clean, the common areas are also nice. I feel like the walls are a bit thin so you are able to hear the doors opening and closing and other sounds coming from the exterior. It’s not so bad either way. Aside from that everything was great.

Internet didn’t work for a while but it was resolved. The TV didnt seem to work for us, but that’s okay. They were very responsive with being able to get things fixed!

I could not open the windows!

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Everything was super clean and well-organized. The staff were very helpful and gave us great directions, which made it easy to find the place. They helped us a lot during our stay, and I truly appreciate their kindness and support. I would definitely stay here again??

Traditional, cosy comfortable accommodation. Very clean and Marc was extremely welcoming and friendly. Room was spacious and clean with the ability to stream Netflix on the TV. Local building works may wake you up in the morning, and noise and movement from other guests does travel easily, but location is a few minutes walk from Repetti Metro which brings you directly to central Milan and Linate airport. Would definitely stay again.

My flight was delayed for 8 hours while i was in Oman i asked them to cancel but they didn’t want to cancel! When i arrived in Itali in the middle of the night i spend money on a taxi to come there but there was no one visible to do my check in. I spend again money to go to a other place. They have also take the money from my credit card for that night! All was very bad
