What a way to ruin a stay, just for choosing your words wrong.

Small place epxensive and far of the city center, again may not be fault of the hotel. It is a good property and comfortable, clean with nice staff and good location, but I think I paid too much for what I got.

During Design Week the prices were sky high and this hotel was all we could find. Location isn't convenient to almost anything apart from Linate airport. The room was very dated and basic. The safe was locked, the AC and the phone to reception didn't work. The guy from the reception came and told us that there is a problem with the safe and tried to bluff that the AC doesn't work because of city ordinance. We couldn't wait to check out...

I had a really great stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the location is perfect—close to the metro, which made getting around very easy. The staff were extremely kind and welcoming throughout my stay, which made a big difference. I also really appreciated the small details like free water and drinks, and the breakfast was always included. Overall, a very pleasant experience. I would definitely stay here again. The only downside was the breakfast, which had limited variety and was the same every day. Also, housekeeping was quite basic—mostly just making the bed and changing towels, without much additional cleaning.

Some noise between rooms

The location was excellent. Close to public transit in the heart of the city.Staff was exceptional, very helpful and always with a smile.

The staff was very kind welcoming and helpful. The lady Deborah was super helpful and proactive to make our stay comfortable. She packed the brunch for us because we had booked a tour and didn't get time for breakfast. The staff helped in every situation whether it was booking taxi, recommending tourist spots or restaurants. They were prompt to our requests and very polite in their approach. The location was perfect. It was close to metro station. It was close to tourist destinations and linate airport. It was very easy to navigate from the hotel. The room was clean with all the amenities provided as mentioned. The breakfast was good and the staff serving it were pleasant. We received a souvenir as a gift from the reception which was a good gesture. Keeping the keys at the reception while going out was a relief. It was very convenient and saved us from the hassle of taking care of keys when we went out. We had a very good experience overall. I will definitely recommend this hotel. Everything was perfect. We were happy.

Very clean and comfortable room with friendly and helpful staff. The design is cosy, and the breakfast is good. A very kind lady serves breakfast and prepares fresh natural orange juice and coffee. If they add fried eggs to the menu will be fantastic. The location is great—close to the city centre and the train station, and just one minute from the metro station. We totally recommend this place and will come back again Nothing

Excellent option, especially if traveling for business at the University of Milan. Very close to Linate airport, well connected to the rest of the city. Great value for the quality. Nice, very clean, very friendly staff, very good continental breakfast. Recommended.

Not the best location for parking your car.

The staff are SO nice. The breakfast is perfect and the woman who runs the breakfast in the morning is the sweetest host! The rooms are very clean and had everything we needed. Will return again for sure! Not a thing. It was perfect.
