Slight problems with dripping AC. But the staff gave us a towel to put on the floor to absorb the water, and they changed it every day.

Good for girls trip. So many mirrors and hairdryers! Breakfast was nice. A few bugs I found, but not in the room, the room was clean.

The staff was kind and helpful. The hotel's location was very close to Duomo. From the hotel Metro was a 2 minute walk. The hotel itself was clean and nice. Nothing. I can't say a word.

Facilies are old. Walls are paper thin! Maintained, but old - sqweeky, not closing doors. Bed matrace is with holes. Shawer cabin is closing really hard, and the shower head is clodged... Please repair!

i liked just the location of the hotel nothing else. the facilites, the value, the comfort.

The location What I disliked most about the hotel was the lack of clarity regarding our booking, we had reserved lunch with breakfast included, but upon arrival, we were told breakfast wasn’t part of the package. On top of that, the mattress was quite uncomfortable, which affected the overall quality of our stay.

Nice hotel. Lovely staff. Very clean. It's my 2nd time here, so I hope I'll be back.

This hotel has the most awful beds, is almost like sleeping in the floor, and when we complained after the first nice the staff just told us that they couldn't do anything. We needed to put some blankets under us to try to make them a bit softer so we could sleep, and still we got a very bad back pain.

The location was close to Milan Linate Airport, which was very good. The shower was very good. The room was clean. The hotel was a little old-fashioned and quirky. Bed a bit too hard.
