We went to a concert in Circolo Magnolo, for this it was super well located and easy to get to on the metro. Good price, it was comfortable and staff were very nice.

It was clean and breakfast was lovely The air con would not allow you to change settings and with four of us in a room it was 27 degrees all night. None of us slept due to it being uncomfortable and hot with no way to vent the room.

Great location with tram and subway stations, beautiful and quiet district. Not 3-starts at all. A small and slow TV placed far away from the bed, the thinnest toilet paper out there, plastic glasses, small pillows, weak air conditioning, the smallest buffet for the breakfast I have ever seen with no hot food, old lift that is tricky to use, difficult to find reception, not very helpful stuff. There are no facilities at all, you can't even get a piece of ice for your plastic glass.

Clean, well maintained, good facilities. Close to Metro stations and coffee shops and restaurants. A very good option to spend a couple of nights in Milano. The pillows need some updating, they were a little worn out.
