I don’t like the fact check out is at 10:30am. Most hotels check out time is 12:00pm. They also come in the room without knocking. I had someone come in my room to fix the lights and he didn’t knock. I didn’t even know the lights needed fixing. Not good to do when there’s a guest in the room.

The room was dirty and poorly maintained. The walls in the room had stains, and the shower in the bathroom was damaged (missing doors). Overall, it felt like the room was not well-maintained and not thoroughly cleaned after previous guests.

The property had great access to the subway. The staff was friendly and helpful. The ac did not work, we did have a fan in the room. Luckily it was still cool at night be the night breeze came through the window.

They tried to make me pay about some taxes , They are called City Tax , but city’s residents are excluded of that tax , in the end they agreed on that after a big fuss and told its fine if you dont want to pay , making it look like its my desire to not pay when really its legal incorrect for city’s residents to pay the city tax. thiefs

Keeps was a great home-base during the Olympics. We were 30 mins by Metro and tram to SantaGuilia Ice Arena, 15 min Metro rides to Linate Airport and the Duomo. The staff was very friendly. The room was large by Euro-standards (we’ve been in some small rooms)! The only down side was the pillow was a little flat for me, but the staff added one to our room as soon as we asked. ?

I stayed for two nights and was very disappointed with my experience. There was no air conditioning, and the room was freezing cold throughout my stay, This made it extremely uncomfortable and affected my sleep. Basic room comfort was lacking, which I did not expect. Overall, it was not a pleasant stay, and I would not recommend this place unless these issues are properly addressed.

I liked location, breakfast and cleanliness in the room. Nice and clean bathroom. Very cold room. Very cold bathroom. Reaction of the staff - “some rooms have problems with heating”….. So, why you give such room? Looking at the number of people in breakfast, hotel was not full. Another minus - unlined blanket!!!!
