Clean modern with a large balcony. Small room but all you need for a short stay. Very comfortable beds. Simple adequate breakfast which was welcome. Very close to the ferry station, pizza next door was amazing. Nil

The breakfast included was amazing and especially the staff. The rooms super clean and comfortable. A large beautiful shower. All was perfect! All was good

Even though extra cost the parking garage was great. The room was comfortable. Thank goodness we had the what’s app. We were a little confused with checking in procedure. We are not tech savvy and are use to meeting someone in person. Also disappointed our balcony looked right into building next door with a small corner city view

The building is close to everything, specially the port where you take the ferry’s to the islands. It is comfy and clean, well maintained and feels as a luxury place without being pretentious. Comfy bed which is a gem these days. And from the upstairs terrace the view is so nice. Our host was lovely and super helpful ? Nothing I did not like, the airco has a light that indicate the temperature and if you keep it all night it can be a bit annoying although I slept like a baby so all great!

The room was very spaciuos. I paid in cash €20-00 to the blonde person on reception after breakfast, I received a phone call about 2 hours after I left asking froi teh €20-00 and I told the woman on the phone taht I ahd already paid and not to bother me again. She phoned back and apologised and wrote me a message that she would give me or my friedns a free night's stay, which I thought was very good.

Superb

The view from our Sea View room was breathtaking. The location was perfect for us. The boat ride we booked was right across the street. There are many restaurants in the area. There is public parking on the street and once we figured out how and where to buy parking tickets it was great. We also used the hotel to take day trips not too far away and returned in the evening. The breakfast was very nice with a variety of choices.

Everything starting with Gloria who was extremely helpful regarding all aspects of our stay. Having paid car parking close by was fantastic. The accommodation was over the road from the ferry terminal. The room was boutique. I would stay again and will recommend to my friends. Nothing

The room was spacious, clean, bed very comfortable and the view from the 6th floor spectacular. Self check-in. I like to be welcomed, to speak to a person.

The room was beautifully renovated and had every comfort needed. The breakfast was rich. The extra pricing of the parking is a bit too much since there is parking space available at the entrance of the hotel (you have to use easypark).

Location Communication throughout the booking process was non existent with questions unanswered regarding parking. Also there was no communication from Upper Boutique at all regarding their check in process and we would not have been able to access the property at all had we not had the help of Reception from the hotel next door (ironic!) Very stressful situation as we had a tour to connect to, and had no idea about parking or access. Lucky we had some time up our sleeve. Very unimpressed
