This is a nice hotel with large guest rooms. Our room had a mini fridge but no microwave. The toilet/tub area is rather tight. Nice shower with excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water. The breakfast was good and the staff is very helpful and friendly.

Excellent interaction with all staff members, very friendly and helpful. Only suggestion would an area in the room with carpet....the floor was a bit cold to bare feet.

Basic hotel, not the usual Hyatt experience. When we checked in, no one was at desk & finally noticed a lady sitting to the side of lobby watching tv. She came over to get us checked in & while I was talking, she actually got the tv remote out & turned the volume up. Just very unprofessional. Breakfast was ok, not the usual standard for Hyatt.
