We booked our room after being without ac for about a week and were told we still had three days until iit would be installed. Everyone here was amazing

Woken up by a very loud and unexpected alarm clock in my room at 5am. Had a hard time falling asleep with flashing light over bed. Shower drain looks like it wasn’t constructed water tight. Lots of freeway noise. Otherwise nice. Good continental breakfast, but ends early.

The staff was really nice during our few interactions. The pool was completely closed which we didn't have time for but if it's an amenity you're anticipating I'd understand the disappointment. The room was nice but we had some cleanliness issues. My kids bed had an entire dirt stain in it like a shoe print or something. The alarm clock was still set from the previous tenant and woke us up at 6 am. Before the alarm even went off I was woke up from the person upstairs walking the foors at 5 am since there is no carpet it was loud. The shower had dirt and hair in it and the sink dripped the entire time no way to turn it off. The AC unit also leaked and made a puddle. It wasn't a bad stay but was disappointing.

Staff wasn’t friendly. Both the afternoon staff and the gentleman that was there when we checked out. When I inquired about a pet free room because of my severe dander allergy, I was told it gets cleaned so it should be fine. The room was humid and sticky when we got in there but turning up the AC helped with that. The bathroom was dirty, the door and ceiling were dirty, and there was old food in the corner of the room. The pool was down for maintenance so we couldn’t even use the one amenity we booked this god awful hotel for. All in all, I wouldn’t recommend them.

The night staff name D was terrible. We asked him for a different room because the door was broke he stayed on the phone barely paying us any attention and when we asked for a refund all he kept saying is “ my manager will be in in the morning” and then he went back to his cell phone conversation. The pool was closed. The breakfast wasn’t all the way cooked. Beds uncomfortable. This was not a good two night stay at all. We also told D the sink was leaking he ignored us. I would not recommend this place to anyone. On a good note the manager was very pleasant and got the door fix while we were away.

Sheets were covered in dog hair. After taking sheets off, yellow stains were all over the mattress.. Sad and filthy.

The location was convenient but not aesthetically pleasing because it was directly adjacent to a major highway. I awoke on the first day with multiple extremely itchy bug bites. They were in clusters, indicating likely bedbugs, although I didn't find any actual live or dead bugs. I had a 2-night stay planned, but checked out after the first night. I first asked for a room change, but I was told that the hotel was fully booked. I requested a refund of the charge for the second night of my planned stay, since my room was uninhabitable and I didn't stay the second night, but I was still charged for 2 nights. Very unhappy with this experience.

My experience wasnt great but it was more to do with the weather. Power went out about 4pm and didn't come back on till around 10pm. Almost got stuck in the elevator. Thry should have a backup generator. Also new TV system didnt have a channel to watch local baseball game.

Simplicity and comfort. The door was hard to open. Felt as if it was sticking.

Staff were very rude. Staff were very rude. Lady named Kay at the front desk.

I will choose this everytime I go to Cinci.

No complaints. Room was exceptionally clean. Smelled clean. Hotel was clean. Located close to restaurants, stores and a dispensary you can walk to. Close to highway.

Location was close to Motorsports Country Club, Grocery store, and dining options. The lounge area is nice, clean and a good spot to eat some carry out. This was our second time staying at the location and we plan to next year as well. The floors may be a little thin. The room above us was river dancing, building furniture, or dragging something across the floor every morning just before my alarm was set to go off. This is not a complaint about the hotel. I just thought I would mention it and it did not affect our stay. I just really wonder what the heck they were doing up there. haha

Staff is wonderful and everything was kept very clean. The only thing I didn't like were the beds, should be replaced.

Milford staff was great, from the guy I talked to on the phone, the front desk hosts, to the super cheerful breakfast attendant. No complaints. Hallways weren’t very clean. Had two rooms one was pretty good. The one I slept in had wallpaper peeling around the shower and the base of the shower on the outside just wasn’t clean appearing. Also the TP holder was quite loose on the wall. Parking was really sparse for late check-in. A few maintenance items could go a long way!
