Fab location for motorway and visiting area and village which was so nice and multicultural. Great restaurants and food. Not enough time to express further. Will return

Great location. Didn’t have breakfast. Good comfy bed. Good secure parking area. Welcoming and knowledgeable staff. TV too small and located in an awkward high-up position, not easy to view. No kettle / tea / coffee-making facilities.

I can't understand how someone with such poor English skills, can be employed at a hotel reception. The room was very worn down. The bathroom wasn't clean.

Close to our route, good parking facilities, value for money breakfast. Functional and clean. Recent change of name with poor signage meant we struggled to find it

Thecar park was in front of the hotel. The room was "compact".

very good value. Super breakfast. a nice stay overnight place. or a couple of days to explore the area.

Good breakfast choice. Very friendly staff. Close to supermarkets (in Zone Commercial). Good value for money. Possible to walk into town. Calm room. Had our own bathroom. Free wifi. Simple, but good - thank you!

Not a lot definitely not as advertised Hard to find as its called something else its signed up as Deltour Hotel,I picked this hotel as it said it had views of the Viaduct but I definitely couldn't see it from anywhere, we paid for Breakfast and it was a disgrace very little choice, Definitely one to avoid the person on the desk when we arrived was less than helpful,, there was only one plug socket in the room and the only light in the bathroom was a shaving light over the mirror above the handbasin,

Easy to park the car and close to supermarket WiFi and Airconditioning didn’t work

Check-in was straightforward and the receptionist was friendly. The room is a lot more basic than we understood from the listing and noisy (road noise and every night there was noise downstairs). Small things like not having enough toilet paper and a slow-draining shower made our stay frustrating. Be careful when you book: we thought we were staying in the other hotel of the same name (in the city centre). Can’t help but feel that our booking was changed without us knowing.

Arrived late after a 9 hour journey, key was made available after hours which was great… nice breakfast… Very ordinary and basic place however, did the job…

Free parking. Receptionist was rude, no eye contact, mumbled to her self when I said I would book breakfast next morning.
