Taking so long for the water heater to give hot water. The cleaning lady was constantly on the phone in the hall in the morning, not everybody wake up or check out early, so at least she can keep down her voice.

easy check-in, clean and simple dealbreaker for us was the electric vehicle charging station- we got lucky and it wasn’t occupied, though 5 minutes after we arrived a regular car (the hotel employee was driving it) just parked at another electric vehicle spot. this is unacceptable- the spots are specifically for electric vehicles. so if your travelling by electric car, make sure you arrive early to have a chance to find the owner of a regular car parked at a charging station

Good budget option for one night stay on drive to Spain. Very quiet, good parking and great for our dog. Friendly staff. Although it’s a bit out of town there are a couple of restaurants within walking distance. Nothing.

Good hotel, stunning location. Would like to visit the area again. Car EV charging not clear and hotel staff couldn't help. Ended up charging at McDonald's instead

The location, to stop for the night and also fit in a visit to the Millau Viaduct is perfect. This is a typical Ibis Budget hotel that is run well and maintained to a high standard. There is a very nice restaurant next door. The lady on reception was exceptionally nice when we booked in. Easy to get to straight off the motorway as you come into the village. Good car park. Warm and very comfortable. Nothing, you can't go wrong if you're looking for a comfortable stop over, and aa reasonable price.

Location was great. The code on the main entrance didn't work. If other guests didn't tell is we would have been stuck outside the hotel at midnight. Nobody was answering the phone number on the door as well. That was really bad and dangerous, especially another family was stuck outside at night with little kids. Luckily we came downstairs to go into town and they were able to get to their room. We had to leave 2 of our family behind so they can let us in on our return. There was no staff at all at night.
