This is a beautiful and very romantic hotel. It was exactly how we thought it would be- and more Would be nice to have shower gel and conditioner in the shower.

The house is beautiful. The hostesses are very welcoming. It’s a bit overpriced for the value. The breakfast could be larger, the decor in the room could be better.

Stunning property renovated to the highest of standards. Highly recommended
-
Wonder small hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Beds comfortable and nice linen. Brilliant breakfast. Nothing to dislike.
-
Exceptional rooms and decoration of beautiful taste.
-
Very stylish decor and comfortable, fabulous shower. Far enough out of town to be peaceful, yet within walking distance of the restaurants Too many rules - in particular no eating allowed in the rooms, which seemed a tad unnecessary. Its a shame there was no restaurant - but then there are so many options in town.

Stephanie is very helpful. Decor is beautiful.

This hotel is a gem ! It offers just a few confortable rooms in a beautiful, elegantly decorated and peaceful house. The staff was attentive to all our needs and extremely friendly.

The couvent is truly elegant, beautifully decorated and filled with artworks. Our room was spacious, in a minimalist style, with a beautiful, large bathroom with free standing bathtub. Our breakfast was enjoyable, and the staff very friendly. Town was a short walk over the river, and we were a short drive from the famous Millau Viaduct (bridge). We wouldn’t hesitate to come back!!! A little more storage & larger bedside table space would be useful. But these are only minor!!

Stephanie takes great pride in the quality of the accommodation she provides and offers a warm welcome. Our room was absolutely lovely. The hotel is an easy 15-20 minute walk from the centre of town and on the doorstep of the incredible Tarn gorge. Stephanie and her colleague went out of their way to make our stay special - especially when trying to find an open restaurant on a Monday night.

Beautiful location in a lovely city. Stephanie and staff are excellent and helpful in all matters. Millau is surrounded by mountains and paragliders dot the sky. Two rivers converge at the Cureplat bridge near the La Salette property and is very pretty. A chapel is tucked in the wooded area next door and adds charm to the setting. The garden area is full of butterflies... Originally we went to Millau from Provence to see and drive over the gorgeous Millau bridge (the Viaduc de Millau). Our hopes were fulfilled. For the more adventurous, there are many natural sights to behold and explore and wonderful Roquefort cheese to eat (the town is not far off and is served everywhere).

So many things… the warm welcome, the beautiful interiors, gorgeous garden and relaxing pool. Watching paragliders in the distance over the Couvent rooftop. Breakfast in the garden was exquisite. Fresh fruit, pastries and bread. Nothing it was perfect.

From before we arrived until we left was amazing, receiving a really useful booklet covering details of the hotel, things to do in the local area was great. Arrival, amazing room, beautiful hotel which has been renovated to a very high standard. The town is nice, the people are so friendly, we really enjoyed the stay. The hosts Stéphanie & Pierre were amazing, friendly, welcoming and just great people. We will be back for sure Nothing, it was great.
