The location was good just on the edge of town. Secure parking No shower rail for shower head No lighting on the corridor at night Wi-fi not great It could be a great hotel but it's very tired looking, needs an update.

location, host, secure parking. Price more than met with my expectations. Nothing, it would be bordering on being petty to pick up on anything.

Room was clean and secure. Location was good with safe parking, locked gate overnight. Good buffet breakfast. Walking distance of town center sights, bars and restaurants. Basic facilities and a little dated but good value for money.

The flexibility of the staff to let us check in very late. It was clean, though the tub could have been disinfected, but nothing too bad. The room had two double beds (queen). Towels and linen were very clean and disinfected. Nothing. It was perfect for the night we needed to spend in Millau.

Nothing at all! I was not happy with the service at all. I paid £48 for 1 night in this hotel on Booking.com and then the next morning the guy said I had only paid the deposit and charged me £51 more. When I looked at my bank statement online I had been charged a total of £99 with two separate payments. This is completely wrong as it was stated online at £48 per night. I trusted him and I was clearly mistaken. Be careful of this place as he will take your money and the room was awful! I've tried to contact him since and he will not answer the phone to me which leads me to believe it is not the first time he has tricked foreign travellers! Avoid this place at all cost! I'd have had a better night sleeping on the street. This place deserves to be shut down! Robbing broke traveller's is not a nice thing to do! I want my money back!!!

Has what you need. You get what you pay for. Fresh baguette for breakfast. Adequate storage space. Short way to city, supermarket and outdoor facilities. Bed too soft for my spine. A little more light, at least when there is movement, in the hall at night would be fine.
