I was no provided shampoo, conditioner or body wash in the shower the bottles were all empty...No , blow dryer and the remote to the t v didn't work and there was crumbs in the bed totally dissatisfied

Clean, good selection of breakfast items, 24 hour coffee in the reception area, walls are thin though. I could hear the conversations next door clear as day. Was disruptive when trying to go to bed early to rest after a long day of participating in a CrossFit comp. Staff was v helpful, guiding me in the best locations to walk to get groceries, etc. highly recommend.

Liked the layout and size of the room. Bed was comfortable. Appreciated the small kitchen and all the kitchen items available to use. Appreciated the breakfast included, although the seating area was a little small. Appreciated being near the light rail, to go to Levi Stadium easily. Seating area at breakfast was a little small and crowded. The lobby/check-in area was a little hard to find (not well marked).

The rooms were very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The hotel has convenient parking, and the location is excellent. Great Mall is only a 2-minute walk away, and there is also a Trader Joe’s nearby. If you want to visit San Francisco, the metro station is about a 5-minute walk from the hotel, and the fare to downtown San Francisco is around $9.60. If you are attending an event at Levi’s Stadium, the light rail station is within a 10-minute walk, and the ride costs only $2.50. Overall, this hotel offers great value, a convenient location, and easy access to shopping, public transportation, and major attractions. The complimentary breakfast is a nice perk and provides enough options for a satisfying start to the day. However, it is fairly basic and not particularly impressive. The hotel could consider expanding the variety and improving the overall breakfast experience.

Wonderful stay. Staff was helpful and pleasant. Place was very clean and well kept. Breakfast was great! I would come back again!

Perfect for games for the FIFA World Cup

I was pleasantly surprised at the size of the rooms as well as the updated amenities. We were staying after moving out of our home with our family and dogs. First had a 2 bedroom and, wow, it was awesome! Decided to extend our stay before beginning our cross country drive so moved to 2 studios. Again, large, clean, nice kitchen space, highly recommend! The staff were all phenomenal! Will definitely recommend this to others. Not using booking.com! Nothing to do with the hotel…this hotel has more than I expected.

There were some shady characters hanging out in the parking lot at night

Lots of parking I felt safe no worries I stay again

Just issue with sofa bed when we full it they were nuts all over and missing hair dryer. But over all its good and we will come back and i will recommend to family and friends.
