Element by Marriott San Jose Milpitas

This place is in a great location, which made it easy to travel to the Levi's stadium by the light rail. The staff were really friendly and the breakfast was amazing! I would stay here again!

The room was clean and comfortable. The electric window shade had issues moving up and down and there were no hooks or rods in the bathroom to hang towels that were replaced every other day. Staff gave us new towels when we asked. Pool area was clean. Breakfast was standard for included hotel breakfast.

I think I will always stay here from now on.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room and entire property were very clean and well maintained. The location was very convenient, with easy access to the freeway, which made getting around so much easier. The customer service was excellent—everyone was friendly, welcoming, and attentive. And the food was absolutely delicious! Overall, a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended! ❤️

Air conditioning was not working, my whole family was dealing with a 60° room, very cold, and no one was helpful or made any attempt to help the situation. Employees were crying during breakfast since there is new management and they cut their hours very horrible experience. I need a manager to call me, please.
