i m returned customer, stayed here a few times each year.

Comfortable beds quite and clean but one of main reason for staying was supposed having a pool and spa. Pool empty with big hole

Very disappointing the pool and hot tub were out of service and that this was not disclosed when I made the reservation.

The property was nice. The staff was helpful and the room was clean and spacious. The deluxe room description on the app did not match what we got.

I double booked and they would not refund me.

The front desk agent working Friday PM shift was really helpful and nice. My fire alarm was beeping and she called the engineer to the room pretty quickly. the Engineer that shift was also really helpful.

I didn't like the breakfast buffet was $30. I should have read the detail about the breakfast prior to booking.

Only complaint I had is that the rooms didn't have a microwave, so whenever I wanted to heat up food, you had to go down to the first floor. Even a cheap microwave would've been way more convenient. Check-in and check-out and simple and quick - no complaints there. Staff were also nice, and the room itself was well cleaned. The shower for us was really strong for some reason, not sure if there's anything to do about that or if it was specific to my room, but the pressure was very high. Still worked well enough though. AC also worked good enough.

The breakfast was good, healthy and clean. Nice place with fair price. I will recommend my other friends of this hotel.

The swimming pool was under maintenance so no pool for kids.

Pool closed but staff was not aware and gave wrong info.

Everything was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel. I am staying here again in 2 weeks.

We stayed here for the pool but it was closed and there was no information provided ahead of time that it would be unavailable.

It was an okay stay for the price. Room service would not answer. Was not noticed that the pool area was closed, requested a discount on the stay and they said they can let us use the pool 10 min away at their sister hotel. Which makes no sense if I’m staying at their hotel??

The floors were dirty in the lobby and I the elevator. One time in the elevator it was wet as well. The sink in the restroom the water had a slow drain.

Half the outlets and lights didn't work in our room, and it felt like the TV options were very outdated, like limited in channels (with no guide) and no streaming services. Pool was also closed while we were there and you need to pay to park there, despite this being a hotel directly off the interstate. Overall, didn't feel worth the price!

I chose this room because of how nice it looked on the photos but I was not impressed. First off the pool was closed and nowhere when I was booking did it say that. I called the front desk multiple times to figure out the tv. Apparently it happens a lot from the way she said it and her tone of voice but I felt I was bothering them. Then the room has someone’s leftover pills so clearly the room was not vacuumed. Idk it was the worst stay .. I would never again
