Larkspur Landing Extended Stay Suites Milpitas

Nice stay for a family vacation. Kitchen was very useful. We never had enough towels and washcloths for my family of 4 and they wouldn't bring us more even when asked. They always said they were out. Hot breakfast items were nice

There were three roaches visible in the room. One on the wall by the window and two in the kitchen. The room smelled like urine. The shower was clogged and within 3 minutes of the shower being on it started to pool around my feet. My room key didn’t work twice, Staff was nice,… but do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere unless you like roaches.

Staff are very nice and helpful. The property manager was amazing.

they added a $15.00 parking fee then a wanna be security officer told me I could not park at the end of the sidewalk to the hotel because the parking in that area was for the other hotel across the parking lot. NO SIGNS saying what parking was for which hotel. did not my car towed and impounded so I moved farther out into the main lot in front of the hotel, almost in the IN-N-OUT parking area

La habitación está a bien pero después de 5 días tenían que hacer limpieza general y solo cambiaron las sábanas, no aspiraron ni limpiaron el baño y el personal de la tarde es muy grosero no resolvieron mi problema el personal de la mañana es muy amable

The room we stayed in was very clean. Staffs were very nice and helpful. Laundry was free which was nice and convenient. My husband likes that they serve freshly baked cookies every night.

Very nice but lousy complimentary breakfast. Only boiled eggs no sausage or bacon, cereal , fruit, etc

Superb

Free laundry, easy access to everything and great restaurants are a short walk away. Very nice staff - It was great for working.

Enjoyed my 25 day stay at this property. Staff was wonderful. I would stay here again.

Good

Spacious room, strong wi-fi in room, nice fridge Breakfast is the real weak point. Too few things, and sometimes even the basic was missing (one morning there were no mor e yoghurts). The room for the breakfast is too small and crowded. In half the mornings I stayed I had to have breakfast without sitting.

Clean Elevator too noises and smoking in next’s rooms

Too many problems to report with this property. Had to check out early and I still haven't received my refund for the unused days.
