Hilton Garden Inn San Jose/Milpitas

We were accused of making a mess and saying there was pictures. We have stayed here

I was disburbed of noisy from the hallway and upstairs so that I woke up often The alarm was not set off which I think former cisterns had set up and i had trouble to find set off timer

Location is very convenient. The hotel is clean well maintained. Huge comfortable beds is huge factor for us.

No free breakfast was something which came as a surprise

All our game lives in this immediate area so when come into town we would like a decent, clean and comfortable stay. We have been to other hotels in this area but their prices keep climbing. The only wish we would have is to offer a little continental breakfast. Something small not too elaborat.

Location is ideal, site is very clean, bar/restaurant has great atmosphere and food. Staff always friendly and thoughtful. Rooms clean and well maintained.

Very nice Hotel. Little noisy the 2nd night. But the Hotel was great. Very clean. Parking was convenient. Would absolutely recommend this Hotel

The staff was nice and the breakfast was good. We were quite disappointed that the pool was out for renovation because that was a large part of our vacation plans. And the fridge didn't have a freezer which we were counting on as well. They did comp us a free breakfast and the food was pretty good. So that was nice, but the lack of amenities was a pretty frustrating because we planned our trip around having them.

Modern decor and courteous employees. The swimming pool was not in use. That should have been made known… that information should have been shared. Our grandchildren were not happy when WE had to tell them that the pool was unavailable! ALSO… FOX News cable channel and FS1 (WC Soccer) kept flashing “NO Signal”.

The hotel was great overall! However, the pool was down for remodel which was a bummer cause it was a hot day. Also, the bar and food area closed early because it was slow. We were able to grab a quick drink to go but we were looking forward to relaxing in bar area after a long day for our daughters graduation and was unable to do so. The staff was EXCELLENT! Check in staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again!
