Love the neighborhood location, free parking, and decent little breakfast. Not far from downtown, comp shuttle looked like a bonus. Clean and comfortable, good value

Hotel was very dirty. At one point I thought something moved so we slept with the lights and tv on to scare away any critters that may have existed. Prostitutes walked around as if they owned the place. In the parking lot around check out time the “workers” displayed their money on the car dashboard as they counted it.

Wife was in wheelchair, could not utilize the shuttle due to ramp being broke for a long time according to employees, vending machines didn’t work and consumed money , staff not owning up to it due to 3rd party vending. Breakfast was very limited after the first hour of being served , did not re stock.

We loved our room! It was clean and updated! The bed was comfortable and the hot tub looked very inviting.

The area in which the hotel stand seems unsafe. The hotel lobby was fairly dark when we arrived and there were people smoking right next to the entrance. The suite which we got was dirty. The floor had garbage on it and the pillows had hair from previous customers on them. The doors did not shut properly and made loud noises when closing them. The main door to the room did not have and extra lock. The paint was chipping, and the shower handle and showerhead were both extremely loose, almost falling off. The beds were very comfortable and for that we are very appreciative. The shades seemed to be falling off the windows. Breakfast was decent.

There was a bar there with some bar appetizer I was told. But when I went to get something the majority of the food was not available.

The room was not bad, and not a lot of noise. Is my 2nd time staying in the hotel. Only stayed for one night. It was reasonable.free parking also .
-
The front desk employee was kind and the breakfast was better than we expected but the room was very dated with needs of maintenance and wall touch ups for sure. The beds were comfortable and once we adjusted the room temp it wasn't humid

People smoking weed and other drugs in the parking lot. Garbage up and down the hallways. Broken locks, have to use your room key to use the elevator but the locks in the stairwell are busted so anybody could get into the building. Had to get my room key reprogrammed 4x out of the week I was there because it stopped working on my door. "Death has come to your small town" carved on elevator door. People yelling, kids crying up and down the hallways at 2am almost every night. Never once was my room cleaned or my sheets and towels replaced. Despite the stickers in the room saying that they will replace the sheets and towels once every 3 days unless asked for more, they wont do it at all unless you tell them. The towels I did have were torn and stained. The shower door is busted, had to use extra force to open and close, was afraid of shattering the glass door every time I was getting out of the shower. Smoke detectors not powered. Found dust, grime and hair around the room. Signs of things being taken off the walls and ceiling but not replaced or painted over. Always a weird smell entering the room. The only place I know that sells condoms in the lobby are places that charge by the hour or that have a certain kind of clientele, didnt know I was staying in a place like that. The self laundry room is a joke and I took one look at it and ran the other way. I will say this, the staff are great. They are welcoming, helpful and friendly, and do their best.

they booked my room out to someone else and then proceeded to still give me the key to that room without letting me know someone else was staying in the room. could have been a very dangerous situation. i opened the door and realized someone else was staying in the room. and then the key they gave for the next room didnt even work. they are to cheap to put seals on shower, so your bathroom floods after a shower. no lobby restroom or one at all on first level but yet they have a bar. not in a good area of town either

The staff was lovely and accommodating. It's a convenient hotel. It's served it's purpose. A place to shower and eat and have breakfast. The hot water was tepid. We didn't have an ironing board or enough towels in the room and the staff supported us in getting that handled. We were grateful for such a close by place to sta. Not pleased at not getting my Wydham points. I've never had a company deny points due to the method in which something was booked. Because I booked through Expedia... they claim the points are ineligible.

Terrible decision

The complimentary breakfast was not all that great. It seems as if there was only one person working on the days that we were there. The employee was definitely doing her job. She was cooking, brewing coffee, serving food and cleaning. There should have been help for her.

Customer service was hood.
